Barceló Imperial Porto Cask: A masterful creation for the senses

Barceló, the most imported brown rum in the world, is starting the summer with a special novelty: the Barceló Imperial Porto Cask. This rum liqueur is made from the nectar of the finest Dominican sugar cane, which Barceló sources from its own sugar cane fields. Like all of the high-quality Imperial rums, the rum for the Porto Cask is first carefully aged in ex-bourbon barrels made of American white oak. Then it is refined with an additional maturation ("cask finishing") in traditional Tawny 10 port wine casks. This gives it its complexity and the unique taste that makes this extravagant rum liqueur something very special.
