Berentzen Group receives kununu Top Company Seal 2025

Berentzen-Gruppe Aktiengesellschaft has once again been awarded the Top Company seal by the kununu rating platform. This makes the corporate group one of only around 5 percent of all employer profiles to have been awarded the seal.
“Kununu is the leading internet portal for employer reviews in Germany and is used by many applicants as a guide during the application process,” explains Ute Verholen, Director Corporate People & Culture at the Berentzen Group. “We are delighted to have been awarded the Top Company seal for the third time in a row,” continues Verholen.
In order to meet the criteria for the seal, companies must have an average score of at least 3.8 out of 5 stars in the evaluations of current and former employees. The Berentzen Group clearly exceeds this requirement with an overall score of 4.4 and a consistently high recommendation rate of over 90 percent.
“Our employer branding claim is 'Together for more joie de vivre',” says Verholen. “The positive ratings show that employees feel comfortable at the company and that this claim is not just lip service, but a genuine promise to new colleagues,” concludes Verholen.
