Cooperation with successful rapper Samra: Berentzen Group produces and distributes Asmarani Gin
News General news
Through its subsidiary Pabst & Richarz Vertriebs GmbH, the Berentzen Group has joined forces with the successful Berlin rapper Samra and the Star Concept agency to develop a gin that is now available under the name Asmarani.
"We are very pleased that Samra and Star Concept approached us with the product idea. Together we were able to develop a product specifically tailored to the rapper," explains Pabst & Richarz managing director Jörg Peissker. "For us, the focus was on Samra being able to identify with the result. Thanks to our expertise in product development, we were able to create a personal and high-quality product." Product innovations by well-known personalities from various industries are absolutely in vogue.
That Asmarani reflects Samra the musician to some extent is made clear by the taste and design: with citrus notes and golden tones, the gin is reminiscent of Samra's Lebanese origins. The bottle, which is atypical for gin, symbolizes the rapper's extraordinary rise. The Berlin musician was able to establish himself on the German music market at a young age and attracted attention primarily with his incomparable voice. With numerous gold and platinum records as well as a total of 37 top 10 hits and over 1.8 billion Spotify streams, Samra is currently one of the most important musicians in Germany.
"Asmarani is a true project of Samra's heart, this was noticeable at every step of the development of the Dry Gin. Therefore it is optimal that the artist himself will take over the now following product communication and address his fans", Peissker explains. The launch will be supported by video promotions on YouTube and Spotify as well as posts on the artist's social media channels.
Distribution will be handled by Pabst & Richarz, a subsidiary of the Berentzen Group. The Dry Gin is available in a 0.7L bottle for an RRP of 24.99 euros.
