Almost all shapes and surfaces can be marked, such as glass, aluminium/metals, plastic, wood or cardboard. The coding can be applied to containers as well as crown caps, plastic lids or banderoles. Bluhm Systeme integrates seamlessly with technology, material and software into existing production, filling and shipping lines and ERP systems. This includes large plants with high speeds or special hygiene precautions as well as smaller operations with basic requirements.

At GLUG 23, Bluhm Systeme will present the following solutions, among others:

Linx 8900 inkjet printer: for tetra packs or metal lids

The Linx 8900 prints up to three lines on products and packaging - in 24 colours and, with maintenance intervals of around 18 months, it is virtually maintenance-free. With its narrow footprint and wall-mounting option, it also fits into tight production environments.

Inkjet printer integra PP 108: UV ink for non-absorbent surfaces

The Markoprint integra PP 108 Bicolor marks with a print height of up to 108mm. A unique feature is the Bicolor version, which uses two ink colours at the same time: Black and Red as well as Green and Blue. Non-absorbent surfaces can be reliably printed with UV ink. It hardens within milliseconds under UV light and thus delivers an abrasion-resistant print result - for example on lacquered surfaces.

Inkjet printer integra PP RAZR: Perfect for high-speed systems

With print speeds of up to 150m/min at 300 dpi, the integra PP RAZR applies clear text information, codes and graphics to variable surfaces at above-average speed. A print quality of up to 600 dpi is possible. The device also has two separate nozzle channels that can be controlled independently of each other. Should nozzles fail, the second channel ensures that the print image remains streak-free and razor-sharp.
