Fruit juice: the classic fruity drink
Fruit juice is obtained directly from fresh fruit and, according to the law, may not contain any additives such as sugar, sweeteners, colourings or preservatives. It impresses with its natural flavour and high content of vitamins and minerals. A glass of orange juice in the morning, for example, provides the recommended daily dose of vitamin C.

Fruit nectar: a mixture of juice and fruit pulp
In contrast to pure fruit juice, fruit nectars may contain a certain amount of sugar and water, depending on the type of fruit. The fruit content is between 25 and 50 per cent. Due to the fruit pulp they contain, nectars often have a creamier consistency than clear juices. Popular varieties are passion fruit or mango nectar.

Fruit juice drinks: refreshing, but often sugary
Fruit juice drinks consist of water, juice and often additional sugar or sweeteners. The fruit content must be at least 6 per cent, but is usually significantly higher. Caution is advised with highly sugared drinks - they can quickly add up to a lot of calories. However, if you pay attention to the ingredients, you can also find sugar-reduced variants.

Fruit juice spritzers: the refreshing thirst quencher
Spritzers are a mixture of fruit juice and mineral water that tastes particularly refreshing. There are two varieties: Fruit juice spritzers with a juice content of at least 50 per cent and fruit spritzers that contain at least 6 per cent juice. The latter are often lower in calories as they contain less fructose.

The right drink for every taste
Whether pure, as nectar, juice drink or spritzer - fruit drinks offer a wide variety of flavours and preparation methods. However, if you are looking for a balanced diet, you should keep an eye on the sugar content and opt for natural juices or sugar-reduced alternatives as often as possible. This way, nothing stands in the way of carefree fruit enjoyment! An error occurred during the process.
