Grünbeck launches new water softeners on the market

Grünbeck AG launches the latest generation of its water softeners: the softliQ:ME series. These successor models are characterized by numerous innovative features and are considered performance winners in their class. Combined with the cliQlock module system, installation can be quickly converted to 100 mm without tools, saving valuable time.

The softliQ:ME series comprises three models: the softliQ:ME28, which supplies up to 15 people with soft water and leads the trio of ME systems, the softliQ:ME32 for up to 20 people and the softliQ:ME38, which can even serve up to 30 people. Two exchangers ensure permanently soft water, even with high peak flow rates and large water requirements. The salt storage capacity is an impressive 95 kg and saves frequent refilling.

An outstanding feature of the new series is the improved connectivity. Integrating the softliQ systems into the cloud is easier, more intuitive and faster than ever before. Navigation in the Grünbeck myProduct app has been adapted to the interface of the system so that users worldwide can access and control their systems in real time. The integrated leakage sensor provides additional safety by monitoring potential water leaks and sending immediate notifications.

The environmental aspects of the softliQ:ME systems are also remarkable. Thanks to adaptive system disinfection, disinfection intervals are automatically adjusted to the water and room temperature, which saves resources and protects the environment. The systems also help to reduce CO2 emissions by lowering energy consumption. Household appliances, pipes and fittings are protected by the low-limescale water, which extends their service life and reduces the amount of cleaning required.

Maximum flexibility with minimum effort
Homeowners who initially opt for a pureliQ filter from the X series when building a new home can easily switch to soft water at any time thanks to the innovative cliQlock system. A latest-generation softening system, such as the softliQ:SE or softliQ:ME28/ME32, can be retrofitted in just a few tool-free steps. Even in existing buildings with 100 mm space for a filter - regardless of the brand - it is possible to install the water softener without having to work on the pipes.

cliQlock - time saving for installers
The softliQ:SE and softliQ:ME28/ME32 water softeners are designed for the tool-free cliQlock module system as standard. Installation only takes a short time. The basis is the 100 mm short cliQlock base module or a pre-assembled X-generation pureliQ filter. The connection module for softliQ is first clicked onto the cliQlock base module installed in the pipe, which also contains a backflow preventer, using cliQlock clamps and then the pureliQ filter is added if required. Whether horizontal or vertical pipes - depending on the direction of flow, all cliQlock components can be rotated 360 degrees and placed in the correct position. This also applies to the connection hoses, which are also attached to the connection module with cliQlock clamps. Tension-free installation will not be a problem in future.

The special feature: The pipe diameter no longer plays a role with pureliQ and softliQ. This decision only needs to be made once when selecting the cliQlock base module, which is available in sizes 3⁄4“, 1” and 11⁄4". This makes installation much easier.
