Visiting trade fairs, exhibitions or counter days - all this has not been possible for some time, or has been possible only to a very limited extent or virtually. But how can a personal dialog still take place?
ince Grünbeck Wasseraufbereitung GmbH is very concerned about the trade, it has decided to hold a roadshow at all 25 locations throughout Germany. On three event days each week from the beginning of August to the end of October, roadshow dates will be held at Grünbeck's plant representatives and branches. Here, interested installers can get an idea of the product innovations in the areas of softening, filter technology or heating protection. Experienced specialists will be on hand to provide routine advice on all aspects of water treatment. In addition, refreshments will be provided; hygiene measures will of course be observed.
"Personal contact with our customers is very important to us. Therefore, we want to set an example with the roadshow and continue to cultivate individual exchange," says Grünbeck Managing Director Dr. Günter Stoll. Matthias Wunn, Head of Marketing and Communications, adds: "We do not only want to rely on digital formats, but actively seek proximity to our customers. That's why we have chosen the motto 'Closer to the customer' for our promotion tour. With the roadshow, we have come up with a new concept and thereby want to continue the previous trend of gaining market share."
