Haus Rabenhorst prepares for the handover of management

Klaus-Jürgen Philipp, sole Managing Director of Haus Rabenhorst O. Lauffs GmbH & Co. KG, will hand over the management of the family business on 1 July this year. The 64-year-old is retiring after a long and very successful time at the helm of the premium juice producer. Klaus-Jürgen Philipp has been in charge of the well-known juice brands Rabenhorst, Rotbäckchen and Dr Steinberger for over sixteen years, is responsible for 230 employees and has continuously increased the turnover of the traditional company to around 60 million euros. After 1 July, he will continue to be available in an advisory capacity to Rabenhorst from Unkel am Rhein, which celebrates its 220th anniversary next year, until the end of the year. "The success of the family business in recent years is based on experience from tradition, the highest product quality, credibility, respectful cooperation and sustainable thinking and action. Haus Rabenhorst is very well positioned for the future and I am sure that my successor will continue the success story," says Klaus-Jürgen Philipp.

The future Haus Rabenhorst Managing Director Marc Büker comes from Ricola Deutschland GmbH, where he has been Managing Director for the past six years and has also held the position of Senior Vice President Central-North & Eastern Europe since 2020. The 54-year-old Büker will now put his management expertise to good use at Haus Rabenhorst.
