Henkell and Licor 43 among the top 10 in the YouGov study "Best Customer Recommendation"

The Henkell and Licor 43 brands have been successfully ranked in the top 10 in the latest "Best Customer Recommendation" consumer survey conducted by YouGov and Handelsblatt.

The "Best Customer Recommendation" survey, which was conducted by the market research institute YouGov, is based on one million customer assessments of around 830 brands. The Henkell brand is also among the top 10. In over 70 countries around the world, the most exported German sparkling wine brand is used to toast the particularly beautiful moments in life.[1] The Henkell brand improved significantly compared to last year with an increase of 13 points.

Since March 2023, the Henkell brand has had a new and more modern brand image: the entire design is characterized by increased value and the Henkell lily is also more independent and iconic.

"Last year's relaunch has further strengthened attributes such as the modernity and uniqueness of the brand, which contributed significantly to its success in the YouGov study. This recognition reflects the trust and satisfaction of our customers, which we are very pleased about," reports Vanessa Lehmann, Head of Communications at Henkell Freixenet.

In addition to the Henkell brand, Licor 43 also came 6th in the survey. The Spanish premium liqueur is suitable for a variety of uses thanks to its special recipe with flavors of exotic fruits, herbs and a hint of vanilla. Since April 2023, the brand has been playing out its new communication for the first time across TV and digital. The campaign showcases unforgettable golden moments that consumers experience with the brand and conveys the spontaneous Spanish attitude to life.

The consumers surveyed were presented with around 829 brands in 33 categories, from which they selected the brands they would recommend.
