On display at BrauBeviale: KTT centrifugal dryer from Klotzki Maschinenbau

The innovative KTT centrifugal dryer from Klotzki makes conventional blower dryers look old-fashioned. Users benefit from the possibility of chaotic drying, as containers in the basic format of 400x600 mm in various shapes and heights (50-280 mm) can be dried simultaneously. The KTT can be seen on site at this year's BrauBeviale.

The advantages of the KTT at a glance:

1. 100 % dry
Only 3 g of residual moisture per millilitre remain in the KTT in containers per spin cycle, which is at least 1/3 less than with blower cleaning. As a rule, 10-20 g residual moisture per container remain there. The residual moisture is so thin that the box is completely dry after 2-3 minutes.

2. hygienic
Due to the complete drying, water carry-over during operation is a thing of the past. Subsequent contamination of the crate is also a thing of the past with the KTT.

3. energy-efficient
The connected load is only 6 kW. The average power consumption during operation is 1-2 kW. The operating costs of a fan dryer are 45-65 kW in comparison.

4. quiet
The noise level is about 75 dB, which is lower than any other blower dryer, which is usually around 95 dB.

5. save money
If you switch to spin drying, there is the possibility of a federal subsidy.
