Kristof Schimmele is the new managing director of sales at Brauerei Gebr. Maisel

On 1 August 2023, Kristof Schimmele will take over as Sales Director at the Gebr. Maisel brewery in Bayreuth. He was previously employed for six years as overall sales manager at the Badische Staatsbrauerei Rothaus and has already made a name for himself as a marketing professional in previous positions.
Kristof Schimmele takes over the helm from Hermann-Josef Boerger, who came to the Gebr. Maisel brewery from the Sauerland region in 2004 and has since been very successful as managing director of sales. Brewery owner Jeff Maisel meets the change in management with one laughing and one crying eye: "With Hermann-Josef we are losing a unique personality and I am very sad that we have to let him go. His strategic foresight, his outstanding negotiating skills and his dedication to the beer industry have contributed to the fact that we are in such a good position today. I would like to thank him from the bottom of my heart for the great partnership! At the same time, I am very much looking forward to the coming time with Kristof and the new projects we will tackle together. We will make the change in management as good as possible for our business partners and customers and look forward to the future."
Together with Managing Director Brewing Marc Goebel, Managing Director Marketing & Administration Jeff Maisel and Managing Director Sales Kristof Schimmele will lead the fortunes of the Gebr. Maisel brewery in the future.
