Lammsbräu: German railway relies on Lammsbräu organic beer - Upper Palatinate organic pioneers present new products 2024

Following its successful premiere last year, Neumarkter Lammsbräu EdelHell will also be served on all Deutsche Bahn ICE trains this winter. The refreshing, sparkling pale beer with a mild hops note and full malt flavour is now available in 0.5 litre returnable glass bottles in all ICE on-board bistros and at the station.

And Lammsbräu is now also on the plate in the trains, as the organic goulash in the on-board restaurant will be refined with the full-bodied Neumarkter Lammsbräu Dunkel in the coming months. Away from the railway, the organic pioneers from the Upper Palatinate are expanding their range from January with two more organic beverage highlights: Neumarkter Lammsbräu Naturtrüb non-alcoholic and Passion Crush, the fan edition of the popular now organic lemonade range created for 2024 by the climbing fans in the now community.

The bottom-fermented Neumarkter Lammsbräu Naturtrüb non-alcoholic beer impresses with its well-balanced malt flavour and floral hop notes. Crowned by an airy cloud of foam, the unfiltered organic beer shines golden yellow in the glass after pouring and immediately exudes an irresistible light aroma of lemon and herbs. Brewed by hand with fresh Hersbruck natural umbel hops, the best organic malt from Lammsbräu's own 100 per cent organic malt house and pure organic mineral water from the BioKristall spring, the naturally cloudy non-alcoholic beer is not only pure, original enjoyment, but also the ideal isotonic thirst quencher, rich in vitamins and low in calories. Neumarkter Lammsbräu Naturtrüb non-alcoholic will be available in stores from January 2024 in the familiar 0.5 litre returnable glass bottle (RRP 1.39 euros).

The range of popular now organic lemonades will once again receive a very special boost in 2024. now has been available in a colourful variety since 2009 - from classic variants with orange and lemon to now Black Cola and unusual blends such as now Pink Rhubarb and now light Ginger Orange. Every year there is also a special fan edition created by the now community itself: now Passion Crush in 2024. All now organic lemonades are characterised by the exclusive use of the best ingredients from fair organic farming and traditional, artisanal lemonade production without any syrup or other industrial products. In every bottle of now, high-quality juices from sun-ripened organic fruit meet the sweetness of German organic beetroot and the purest organic mineral water from Lammsbräu's BioKristall spring. For now Passion Crush, the now fans have combined the fruity sweetness of fully ripe passion fruit with notes of tangy lime and sharp mint to create an exotic delicacy. This sunshine-yellow refreshment brings summer into your glass even in winter.

This was preceded by a multi-stage selection process, in which this time the climbing artists among the now fans in 27 German bouldering halls were able to choose their favourite for the new year from 61 creative lemonade ideas and also vote on the label for the 2024 fan edition: It shows fruit in a boulder design whose shape is reminiscent of the typical climbing holds, thus visually linking the passions of the community. now Passion Crush will be on sale from January 2024 and will be available in 0.33 litre returnable glass bottles (RRP 1.19 euros). You can get an exclusive taster in the 27 participating Boulder halls: The fan edition for the community will already be available there in December.
