Marco Ott new to the Grünbeck team

After studying business administration, Marco Ott began his professional career as a Customer Service Project Manager. Soon afterwards, he was put in charge of a branch office and later became Head of Key Account Management. He held this position for almost two decades. This was followed by a position as Sales Director at a start-up company that focused on the digitalisation of buildings.

"I am certain that Marco Ott will not only enrich the Grünbeck East region with his decades of experience and extensive expertise, but will also provide new positive impetus. With his view from outside the industry, he brings further development opportunities and potential that we can integrate well in an already successful environment," says Grünbeck's General Sales Manager Christian Endraß.

As Regional Manager, Marco Ott will strengthen the existing business processes, further develop sales activities and continue to promote the Eastern region on the market. At the same time, he will liaise closely with the local teams and coordinate important projects.

"My aim is to quickly familiarise myself with our products, key processes and people in order to build on the success of the Eastern region with my team. A high level of employee and customer satisfaction is the top priority here. I am looking forward to my new role and to working well with the individual partners and, above all, customers in the region," says Marco Ott.
