Pernod Ricard Germany and Western Europe: Clara Thomas takes on new position as Transformation & Strategic Projects Director

Premium spirits supplier Pernod Ricard Germany is creating a new management position to drive digital transformation more strongly within the company. Clara Thomas took on the newly created position of Transformation & Strategic Projects Director Western Europe Entity from October 1, becoming part of the management team. Her main responsibilities include managing strategic projects, initiating overarching improvement projects and change management within the company.
"We are delighted to have recruited Clara Thomas for the new position of Transformation & Strategic Projects Director Western Europe Entity and to be able to promote and continue our strategic agenda with the help of her experience," explains Tim Paech, Managing Director Pernod Ricard Germany and Western Europe.
Driving strategic transformation
Clara Thomas was most recently Head of Corporate Transformation at edding AG in Ahrensburg near Hamburg. She was responsible for the agile transformation of the company, as well as numerous other change topics. Prior to this, she established and managed the Project Management Office at edding. Clara Thomas holds a degree in business administration with a focus on marketing and international management from the University of Münster and a master's degree from the University of Auckland.
