Our philosophy is inspired by the four elements of nature: Earth, Water, Fire and Air.

EARTH: At the heart of our rum is sugar cane, which we grow in Thailand's Kanchanaburi province, where the soil is known to be rich and fertile.

WATER: Phraya is distilled using natural water from the Ta Chin River.

FIRE: Our handcrafted ex-bourbon American oak barrels are "fired" to revitalise the wood, then the rum is aged in the barrel.

AIR: The rum is matured in our cellar with natural cooling air from the nearby riverside lagoons
