The PLUS X AWARD®, which has been presented for over two decades, is the world's largest innovation award for technology, sport and lifestyle. The independent and specialized jury of experts has set itself the task of identifying those brands that stand out in Germany for their outstanding customer satisfaction. The “Highest Customer Satisfaction” seal of approval offers end customers valuable guidance, as the digital age is increasingly challenging companies to meet customer needs comprehensively.

The renowned German Institute for Product and Market Evaluation has launched a nationwide survey to find out who is at the top of consumers' perceptions. This survey aims to identify companies that not only offer high-quality products, but also impress with outstanding customer service. One key element, for example, is an after-sales service that provides the end customer with an excellent customer experience and thus creates lasting satisfaction.

This year, several thousand men and women between the ages of 20 and 65 from all German states had the opportunity to indicate their satisfaction with various brands in different categories. It is no coincidence that Grünbeck emerged as the winner in the category of highest customer satisfaction in the water treatment sector: the water treatment specialist from Höchstädt can look back on ten years of successful brand work, during which its position as market leader has been sustainably strengthened and customer trust consolidated through comprehensive measures.
