"My mother or grandmother used to give me Rotbäckchen juices when I wasn't feeling so well" is what you often hear when you ask users why they like to drink Rotbäckchen. A good 72 percent of the population know the brand and the multi-fruit juice. When the two brothers Walter and Günther Lauffs developed the magical original formula of Rotbäckchen juice in 1952, they could not of course have been aware of the historic significance their invention would have for the family business Haus Rabenhorst. The two great-grandchildren of the pastor Johann-Heinrich Lauffs, who in 1805 founded a vineyard on the Middle Rhine that laid the foundation for today's company, had a special motivation for their juice creation: they wanted to counteract the pale cheeks of children in many places in post-war Germany by providing them with a good supply of iron and vitamin C. They developed the first Rotbäckchen juice and with it the brand as it still exists in the company today.

The appearance of the Rotbäckchen, the design of the bottles and also the variety of the product range have varied in the course of the history since 1952, but the concept of products based on pure direct juices and the associated highest quality of the fruits used has always remained constant. All Rotbäckchen juices are based on the idea of passing on the best to oneself and others with a balanced composition of ingredients. It is therefore not surprising that Rotbäckchen juices have been accompanying large and small families through their everyday lives for many generations - to enjoy a delicious, health-promoting direct juice with your own family or as a popular gift for young and old.

Among the numerous juice creations within the Rotbäckchen range, the varieties Rotbäckchen Immunstark, Rotbäckchen Lernstark and Rotbäckchen Morgenstark - but also the all-time classic Rotbäckchen "Das Original" - have become particularly popular with consumers over the years. And the nutritional supplements developed under the Rotbäckchen brand on the basis of pure direct juices and the Rotbäckchen Mama products for expectant and breastfeeding mothers are enjoying ever-growing popularity. Since 2020, there have also been small direct juice shots as Rotbäckchen power packs, which take into account modern nutritional awareness and handy on-the-go products. At the same time, all juice lovers can always rely on the Rotbäckchen quality guarantee, which has also been constantly proven by awards from the nutrition industry for many years: Rotbäckchen has already been "Organic Brand of the Year", "Fruit Juice Brand of the Year" or even "Best Organic Product" as well as "German Brand Award Winner 2020" and most recently the winner of the "Brand Award 2021" for the successful launch of the Rotbäckchen Power Packs.
