Riedenburger Brauhaus wins silver at the European Beer Star 2024

Riedenburger Brauhaus has been awarded the silver medal in the “Stout” category at the European Beer Star 2024 for its Dolden Dark. The award ceremony took place on November 27 as part of BrauBeviale in Nuremberg, one of the most important industry gatherings in the international brewing world.
An award for the art of craft brewing
The European Beer Star is one of the most prestigious beer competitions in the world and awards prizes to beers that are characterized by authenticity, character and quality craftsmanship. An expert jury of master brewers, sommeliers and trade journalists tasted over 2,300 beers from 50 countries in a blind test.
“This award makes us proud because it shows that we are on the right track with our philosophy,” explains Maximilian Krieger, Managing Director of Riedenburger Brauhaus. “We rely on high-quality, organic raw materials, sustainable processes and traditional brewing methods. We are particularly pleased to win silver in such an internationally competitive category as 'Stout'.”
In 2021, Dolden Dark was already awarded gold at the Meininger's International Craft Beer Award and honored as “Porter of the Year”. This new award underlines the exceptional quality and character of the beer.
