New: Störtebeker launches Winter Bock on the market
News General news
The dark season can come: Störtebeker Braumanufaktur is serving up the ideal brewing specialty for cold days with its new Winter Bock. The seasonal creation impresses with aromas of honey, caramel and sweet berries and goes perfectly with the delicacies of winter.
Anyone looking for the perfect beer for the coming festive season should now keep an eye out in the range of Störtebeker brewing specialties. The new limited-edition Winter Bock is just around the corner and, with its delicate honey and caramel notes, is the ideal accompaniment to roast duck and goose with red cabbage or hearty game and stews. "The hearty, warming Winter Bock closes another gap in the flavor portfolio of brewing specialties and will be available for a limited season," reveals Störtebeker beer sommelier Elisa Raus. "As a classic pale bock with a subtle hint of hops, it complements savory dishes as well as sweet delicacies such as gingerbread and speculoos very well," Raus continues.
Anyone who would like to find out more about the new creation should tune in live to the online tasting on November 3 at 8:15 pm. There, Elisa Raus and beer sommelier colleague Jens Reineke-Lautenbacher will give an insight into how the Winter Bock was created. The beer is now available in stores across Germany as a 20x0.5l crate, in a practical 4-pack or in the online store.
