Prices are now said to be the lowest since the economic crisis at the beginning of 2009. In some cases quantities are even said to have been offered at zero. In addition to weak sales, recyclers are also concerned about the high stock levels. Storage space is scarce and becoming more expensive, they say. However, the first tentative signs of a stabilisation of the market are coming from the sales side.
