After an intensive construction phase, the time had finally come on Thursday, 06 October 2022: VILSA-BRUNNEN celebrated the inauguration of the high-bay warehouse. Politicians, partners and employees were given exciting insights into the major construction project
A milestone in terms of delivery capability and sustainability: After an intensive planning and construction phase, the fully automated VILSA high-bay warehouse was inaugurated on Thursday, October 6, 2022. For the festive occasion, Henning Rodekohr, CEO of the VILSA Group, and Amai Kummrow-Rodekohr, shareholder of VILSA-BRUNNEN, invited employees, politicians and partners to the company premises and the new location of the high-bay warehouse (Alte Drift, Bruchhausen-Vilsen). "We are very pleased to put the high-bay warehouse into operation. Now and in the future, we can be an even more reliable supplier to retailers and consumers," says Henning Rodekohr. At a height of 40 meters and with a floor area of 6,450 square meters, the warehouse offers space for 46,500 pallets.
